| Lewis Hamilton’s Friday afternoon time of 1:15.752s remains the fastest time of the weekend to date and this morning the McLaren driver was just a fraction slower than Kimi Raikkonen in third position. Two-tenths of a second covered Raikkonen, Hamilton and Felipe Massa. |

| Williams have shown well today with Rosberg fastest this morning and Kazuki Nakajima fifth fastest. The team will be aiming to get both cars into the top ten and like Monaco, sixth position on the grid will be the realistic target. |

| Over at Toro Rosso, it has been a race to repair cars following a crash in the morning from not just Vettel, but Bourdais as well. Vettel however will not take part in qualifying as the team has to build up the spare tub for the race. He will start the race from the pit lane. Bourdais starts qualifying in his repaired car. |
